Yarra Ranges Council (ABN 21 973 226 012) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Provision of Debt Recovery Services.
The successful contractor must be:
• a Legal Practitioner in accordance with the Legal Profession Act 2004;
or
• be eligible to act as a debt collector and be a member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management; and
• if not a Legal Practitioner, in accordance with the Legal Profession Act 2004, the Contractor must have a strong working relationship with a legal firm.
